Pulsz TV Privacy Policy — How We Handle Your Data

Pulsz TV collects some of your personal information to run your account, process payments and keep the platform secure. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with and what your rights are as a Pulsz TV player. We have written it in plain language because you deserve to understand how your data is used — not just sign something you cannot follow.

1About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Pulsz TV ("we", "our", "us"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform at pulsztv.app, collects, processes, stores and protects the personal data of all registered players and visitors. It applies to all Pulsz TV services including sports betting, live casino, Teen Patti, card games, the VIP Club, bonus programmes and customer support interactions.

By registering an account on Pulsz TV and accepting the Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with how Pulsz TV handles personal data as described here, you should not create or continue using an account. This policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Responsible Gaming policy.

Pulsz TV does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with legal requirements and improve the Pulsz TV platform — nothing else. If you ever want to know exactly what data we hold on you, you can request a copy by emailing support@pulsztv.app.

2Personal Data We Collect

Pulsz TV collects personal data in three ways: information you provide directly, information we generate through your use of the platform, and information we receive from third-party verification services. Below is a full breakdown of the categories of data we collect.

Category Data Points How Collected
Identity Data Full name, date of birth, CNIC number, passport number Registration form, KYC document upload

Technical Data IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, geolocation (country level), session timestamps Automatic collection on login and activity

Verification Data Identity document images, selfie verification images, address proof documents KYC verification process

2.1 Data We Do Not Collect

Pulsz TV does not collect biometric data beyond what is required for identity document verification. We do not collect your full payment card number — only a masked version is retained after a transaction is processed. We do not retain SMS OTP codes after authentication. We do not record phone calls unless you are specifically told that a call is being recorded for quality or compliance purposes.

3Why We Collect and Use Your Data

Every piece of data Pulsz TV collects has a specific purpose. We do not collect data speculatively. Below are the main purposes for which your personal data is processed on Pulsz TV:

  • Account Management: Creating, maintaining and securing your Pulsz TV account requires your name, contact details and authentication credentials. Without these, we cannot identify you as a registered player.
  • Payment Processing: Deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard require your financial account details to be matched and transactions to be recorded in your Pulsz TV PKR wallet.
  • Identity Verification (KYC): Pakistani and international anti-money laundering regulations require us to verify the identity of players above certain transaction thresholds. This is a legal requirement, not optional.
  • Fraud Prevention and Security: Technical data including IP address, device fingerprint and login patterns is used to detect suspicious account activity, prevent unauthorised access and identify potential fraud before it affects your account.
  • Responsible Gaming Compliance: Gaming activity data — session lengths, bet frequency, deposit patterns — is monitored to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour so that we can offer appropriate support tools in line with our responsible gaming commitments.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Transaction records, identity documents and account histories are retained to comply with applicable financial regulations and to respond to lawful requests from regulatory authorities.
  • Customer Support: Your communications data is used to resolve support queries and complaints efficiently. Support records are retained so that previous interactions are available to agents handling follow-up queries.
  • Platform Improvement: Aggregated and anonymised usage data helps Pulsz TV understand how players navigate the platform, which features are most popular and where the user experience can be improved.

4Legal Basis for Processing

Pulsz TV processes your personal data on the following legal grounds:

  • Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the services you signed up for — operating your account, processing bets and payments, and managing your PKR wallet.
  • Legal obligation: Identity verification, transaction record retention and regulatory reporting are required by applicable law and cannot be opted out of.
  • Legitimate interests: Fraud prevention, platform security and responsible gaming monitoring are activities where Pulsz TV has a legitimate interest in processing data without requiring individual consent for each action.
  • Consent: Where Pulsz TV processes data for purposes beyond those listed above — such as sending you promotional communications about new features or offers — we will ask for your explicit consent and provide a clear way to withdraw it at any time.

Important: Withdrawing consent for optional data processing (such as marketing communications) does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before your withdrawal, and does not prevent Pulsz TV from continuing to process data on other legal grounds such as contract performance or legal obligation.

5Who We Share Your Data With

Pulsz TV does not sell or rent your personal data to any third party. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

5.1 Payment Processors

To process deposits and withdrawals, Pulsz TV shares necessary payment details with our payment processing partners, which include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and banking infrastructure providers for IBFT transactions. These providers receive only the information necessary to process the specific transaction and are bound by their own strict data handling obligations.

5.2 Identity Verification Services

For KYC compliance, Pulsz TV uses third-party identity verification services that cross-reference the documents you submit against relevant databases. These services process your identity data solely for the purpose of verification and are prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

5.3 Regulatory Authorities

Pulsz TV is legally required to provide account information, transaction records and identity data to relevant authorities when presented with a lawful request — including requests related to fraud investigation, anti-money laundering compliance or other regulatory matters. We will notify you of any such disclosure where we are legally permitted to do so.

5.4 Technology and Infrastructure Providers

Pulsz TV uses cloud hosting, database and security services from reputable technology providers. These providers may process your data as part of delivering infrastructure services to Pulsz TV but do not have access to your data for their own purposes and are bound by strict data processing agreements.

Where data is transferred to service providers located outside Pakistan, Pulsz TV ensures that appropriate data protection measures are in place — including contractual safeguards — to protect your personal data at the same standard it would receive under applicable Pakistani data protection requirements.

6Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Pulsz TV uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences and understand how the platform is being used. Below is an overview of the types of cookies we use, along with a visual indication of which ones are optional.

Most mobile and desktop browsers allow you to control cookie settings. You can also clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies may affect some Pulsz TV features such as saved preferences and personalised offers, but will not prevent you from logging in or placing bets.

7How Long We Keep Your Data

Pulsz TV retains personal data for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The table below shows the standard retention periods for key categories of data:

Data Category Retention Period Reason
Account registration data Duration of account + 5 years after closure Legal obligation, dispute resolution
KYC / identity documents Duration of account + 5 years Anti-money laundering regulations
Financial / transaction records Duration of account + 7 years Tax and financial reporting requirements
Betting and gaming history Duration of account + 3 years Dispute resolution, responsible gaming review
Customer support records 3 years from last interaction Service improvement, complaint resolution
Technical / log data 12 months rolling Security monitoring, fraud detection
Marketing consent records Until consent withdrawn + 1 year Consent audit trail

After the applicable retention period, your personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you. If you close your Pulsz TV account, we begin the deletion process for data that has no ongoing legal retention obligation within 30 days of closure.

8How We Keep Your Data Secure

Pulsz TV takes data security seriously. The following measures are in place to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss or disclosure:

  • TLS Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and Pulsz TV servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. The padlock symbol in your browser's address bar confirms this encryption is active.
  • Encrypted Data Storage: Sensitive data including identity documents, financial records and authentication credentials is encrypted at rest on Pulsz TV infrastructure.
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): Pulsz TV supports 2FA for account login. Enabling 2FA adds a second layer of protection requiring a one-time code in addition to your password.
  • Access Controls: Access to player data within Pulsz TV is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis. All staff access is logged and reviewed.
  • Regular Security Audits: Pulsz TV conducts regular internal and third-party security reviews of its infrastructure and data handling processes.
  • Incident Response: In the event of a data breach that poses a risk to your personal data, Pulsz TV will notify affected players and relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Your role in security: Pulsz TV's security measures protect your data from our end. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private, using a strong password, and not sharing account access with others. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support@pulsztv.app immediately.

9Your Data Rights

As a Pulsz TV player, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing support@pulsztv.app. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.

You have the right to request a copy of all personal data that Pulsz TV holds about you. This is called a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will provide your data in a structured, machine-readable format. Requests are free of charge for one copy per 12-month period. Additional copies may be subject to a reasonable fee.

If any personal data Pulsz TV holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that we correct or complete it. You can update most of your profile information directly from your Pulsz TV account settings. For data that cannot be self-corrected — such as identity documents — contact support.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. This right is not absolute: Pulsz TV may need to retain certain data to comply with legal obligations such as anti-money laundering requirements, even after you have closed your account.

In certain situations, you can ask Pulsz TV to pause the processing of your data — for example, while you contest the accuracy of data we hold. During a restriction, we will continue to store your data but will not actively process it for other purposes without your consent, except where required by law.

Where Pulsz TV processes your data based on consent or contract, you have the right to receive that data in a structured, machine-readable format and to transfer it to another service if you choose. Contact support to request a portable export of your account data.

Where Pulsz TV relies on your consent to process data — such as for marketing communications — you can withdraw that consent at any time. To unsubscribe from Pulsz TV marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or update your communication preferences in your account settings. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

10Children and Minors

Pulsz TV services are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered an account on Pulsz TV, please contact us immediately at support@pulsztv.app with the relevant account details. We will investigate and close the account promptly, and delete any personal data collected from the minor in accordance with our deletion obligations. Pulsz TV takes underage access extremely seriously and invests in age verification measures to prevent it.

11Changes to This Privacy Policy

Pulsz TV may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, platform features or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players by email and display a notification on the Pulsz TV platform at least 7 days before the updated policy takes effect. The latest version is always available at pulsztv.app/privacy-policy.

Your continued use of Pulsz TV after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with an update, you may close your account before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
