Terms and Conditions — Pulsz TV Platform Rules

1Introduction

Welcome to Pulsz TV. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Pulsz TV ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), the operator of the online betting and gaming website accessible at pulsztv.app. Pulsz TV provides sports betting — including PSL and international cricket markets — live casino games, Teen Patti, card games and related services to eligible players.

These Terms apply to every action you take on Pulsz TV: creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, playing a casino game or requesting a withdrawal. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use Pulsz TV.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Pulsz TV.

2Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Pulsz TV. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. Pulsz TV does not allow anyone under 18 to open an account, make deposits, place bets or access any gaming content on the platform. We take underage gambling seriously and will close any account found to belong to a minor immediately, retaining all deposits and winnings associated with that account pending review.

2.2 Jurisdiction

Pulsz TV is intended for players who are resident in or accessing the platform from Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Pulsz TV complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Pulsz TV makes no representation that its services are lawful or appropriate in locations outside its stated operational territory. 2.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Pulsz TV account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Pulsz TV reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, retain balances pending investigation and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To use Pulsz TV, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full. You are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a functioning email address and your date of birth. You must create a secure password that you do not use elsewhere. Pulsz TV will send a verification link or OTP to confirm your contact details before the account is activated.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Pulsz TV is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. This process — commonly known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — requires you to submit copies of valid identity documents. Accepted documents include:

• Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC)
• Pakistani passport (valid or expired by no more than five years)
• Driver's licence (must include photograph and date of birth)

In addition, Pulsz TV may request proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days) and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in withdrawal requests being held until verification is complete. KYC is a legal requirement for Pulsz TV's operating licence and cannot be waived under any circumstances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Pulsz TV login credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Pulsz TV support immediately. Any bets, deposits or withdrawals made using your credentials are your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to Pulsz TV and we have confirmed receipt of that report.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Pulsz TV accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, all in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

• Easypaisa
• JazzCash
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• Bank Transfer (IBFT)
• Visa and Mastercard (debit cards issued by Pakistani banks)

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount on Pulsz TV is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum daily deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher transaction limits. Specific limits are displayed at the point of transaction in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your Pulsz TV account.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Pulsz TV aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Most withdrawals via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within 1–4 hours during business hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on your bank. Pulsz TV is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once they have entered the processing queue.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on Pulsz TV are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by Pulsz TV. Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider for international transactions are outside Pulsz TV's control and responsibility.

5Betting Rules

5.1 Placement and Confirmation

A bet is accepted and confirmed only once Pulsz TV displays a bet reference number and a confirmation message in your account. Bets that have not been confirmed should not be assumed to have been placed — connectivity issues or system timeouts can prevent a bet from being submitted. You are responsible for verifying that your bet has been accepted before the relevant market closes.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Pulsz TV settles all bets according to the official result of the relevant event as declared by the relevant governing body — for PSL matches, this is the PCB. In the event of a result error or dispute, Pulsz TV reserves the right to void and re-settle bets in line with the corrected official result. Settled bets are normally credited to your account within 30 minutes of the official result being declared.

5.3 Void Bets

Pulsz TV may void bets in the following circumstances:

• A match or event is abandoned without a result being declared
• An event is postponed for more than 48 hours from the original scheduled start time
• A market was opened in error with incorrect odds or conditions
• Evidence of match manipulation or suspicious activity affecting the result

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your Pulsz TV account in full. No winnings are paid on a voided bet.

5.4 In-Play Betting

In-play markets on Pulsz TV are available during live cricket and other covered events. In-play odds update in real time and may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is accepted by the system. Where an odds change exceeds a defined threshold, Pulsz TV's system will prompt you to accept the new price before confirming the bet. Bets cannot be cancelled once accepted in an in-play market.

6Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Pulsz TV offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. These Terms set out the general rules that apply to all Pulsz TV bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on Pulsz TV are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 500 bonus means you must place qualifying bets totalling Rs 5,000 before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Specific wagering requirements are stated clearly in the terms of each individual bonus.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

All Pulsz TV bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonuses that are not used or wagered through before their expiry date will be removed from your account without compensation. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms and is visible in your account's bonus section.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Pulsz TV monitors bonus usage patterns. Strategies designed to exploit bonus offers without genuine wagering activity — including but not limited to matched betting using the same player from multiple accounts, arbitrage betting on both sides of a market using bonus funds, or placing bets solely on low-margin outcomes to meet wagering requirements — are considered bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances removed and may be permanently restricted from future promotions.

7Responsible Gaming

Pulsz TV is committed to responsible gaming. We provide tools that allow every player to manage their own gaming behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion options. All of these tools are accessible directly from your account settings page on Pulsz TV without requiring you to contact support.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts that prevent you from funding your account above your chosen threshold.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets can be placed until the period resets.
• Session Reminders: Receive a notification after a defined period of continuous play reminding you of how long you have been active.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from Pulsz TV. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Pulsz TV and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration or verification
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer or interfere with Pulsz TV's systems or software
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using funds derived from criminal activity to deposit on Pulsz TV (money laundering)
• Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge that is not available to the public
• Creating accounts for other individuals or allowing others to use your account
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once across multiple accounts
• Threatening, abusing or harassing Pulsz TV staff or other players

9Intellectual Property

All content on Pulsz TV — including but not limited to the website design, logos, text, graphics, game content, software, databases and the Pulsz TV name and brand — is owned by or licensed to Pulsz TV and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, modify or create derivative works based on any Pulsz TV content without our prior written consent.

Your licence to use Pulsz TV is limited to personal, non-commercial use of the platform for the purpose of playing games and placing bets as permitted under these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in Pulsz TV's intellectual property.

10Limitation of Liability

Pulsz TV provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate and secure at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Pulsz TV is not liable for any losses — including but not limited to loss of bets, loss of winnings or loss of data — arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime or maintenance
• Telecommunications failures or internet connectivity issues on your end
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government action or civil unrest
• Errors in live score data or third-party data feeds used in live betting
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials

In all cases where Pulsz TV accepts liability, our maximum liability to you is limited to the value of the stake on the specific bet or transaction affected, and does not extend to consequential losses, indirect losses or loss of profit.

11Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Suspension by Pulsz TV

Pulsz TV reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, suspicious betting patterns, duplicate account creation or any conduct that Pulsz TV determines to be harmful to the platform or other users. Where an account is suspended, Pulsz TV will notify you by email and provide an opportunity for you to respond before a final decision is made, except where immediate action is required to prevent ongoing harm.

11.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your Pulsz TV account at any time by contacting support at support@pulsztv.app. Before closing your account, any outstanding bets will be settled and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12Amendments to These Terms

Pulsz TV may update or amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players by email and display a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Pulsz TV after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your account before the changes take effect.
